Suhans Chemicals, established in 1982, is a leading manufacturer of nickel catalyst, nickel catalyst for edible oil hydrogenation, metal recovery technology, dry reduced nickel catalyst, nickel catalyst for castor hydrogenation and nickel catalyst for oleo chemicals in India. The technology used to manufacture nickel catalysts at our plant in Jalgaon, Maharashtra, Central India, is the dry reduction technique. We have gained extensive experience in manufacturing nickel catalyst for oil & fatty acid hydrogenation during the last 25 years. We have developed and fine tuned process conditions such that our catalysts are being successfully used on a wide variety of feedstock / substartes. During the past 25 years, we have fine tuned process parameters to ensure consistently high quality products. We have attained a high level of automation in our manufacturing processes with supervisory control data acquisition system, compliant to FDA-21 –CRF Part. We are now fortunate to be recognized as a reasonably priced, reliable manufacturer of consistently good quality catalysts. Constant innovations and cost reduction plans have helped us to become cost-competitive and win the loyalty of our customers. We currently command a sizeable market share in terms of number of customers and over 90% of our customers have been loyal over a period of 10 years. We have a tradition of developing, fine tuning and efficiently managing processes. Complete know-how for dry reduction technique was researched and developed in-house by our team. Our efforts at R& D has helped us reduce production cost. Our strong R&D base has enabled us to establish a highly efficient nickel re-cycling facility. Technologies developed by us has helped us to reduce consumption of valuable natural resources viz. water and fossil fuels.
